My money will not refunded by this company

Subject: Unauthorized recurring charge / subscription deduction without consent by master ai Company / Service Provider: Master AI (master ai) Company Email: [protected]@masteredu.ai Mode of Payment: UPI Date of Initial Transaction: 27/08/2026 Initial Amount Deducted: ₹1 Unauthorized Charged Amount: ₹599 Detailed Complaint: I signed up for what was presented as an initial nominal charge of ₹1 on 27/08/2026 via UPI payment. However, a few days later, an unauthorized recurring amount of ₹599 was automatically deducted from my account without explicit consent or prior notification. Despite reaching out and raising this issue, no proper resolution was offered. Multiple reminders were sent to the company via the National Consumer Helpline portal, but the merchant has failed to respond or resolve the grievance. Relief / Expectation Sought: Immediate cancellation of any active auto-debit / recurring subscription mandating further debits. Full refund of the unauthorized deducted amount (₹599) to the original payment source.
