Complaint Details
I have made an order for a red lace saree worth Rs.900 on 18th May 2026 on online payment mode from Manthree collections by believing their profile, post and link. I made a conversation through Instagram Message with enquiring the product on 9th April 2026. After few days of the payment completion, Manthree collections deleted their conversation in the same Instagram Message and Manthree collections blocked by profile and vanished. i could not be able to contact the Manthree collection after they blocked my profile. Till date 3rd sept 2026 i did received any product, ordered details and messages regarding my shipment and order details from the Manthree collections. please be noted that their google pay reference was made in the name of R MANOJ - MANTHREE@IOB.
