Complaint Details
I had placed an order with Manjula Fashion Clothing through their Instagram page and paid an amount of Rs. 650 for it. After making the payment, I have not received the product, and the seller is not responding properly to my queries. Based on their behaviour, I believe this is a fake and fraudulent seller who has taken my money without delivering the order or giving a proper response. I request that this matter be looked into and the seller be made to either deliver my order or refund the Rs. 650 I have paid. I also request that action be taken against this fraudulent seller so that other customers are not cheated in the same way.
