Complaint Details
I have ordered an earring set to gift someone. I don’t know that she was not leaving there so I told her to cancel the order. She cancelled it . I ask the website to give me refund. First they said that we will deduct 30 % of the amount which is not mentioned in their website. Now they are not replying to emails , messages and there phone number is also not corrected
