Complaint against Longway company regarding my mixer grinder

I have purchased a mixer grinder from longway company through Amazon shopping app. it had one year warranty but after 1 or 2 months the mixer has stopped working. when I raise a complaint against the mixer grinder, they have asked us to pay 299 rupees for delivery charges. One time we have paid the delivery charges and after so many days they have delivered the mixer, but the mixer was broken totally, and now when we are asking for our refund or replacement they are again asking 299 rupees for delivery charges. again and again they are asking for money and they are not solving our problem. when we are talking to them they are saying that we had to make a video of open box delivery but at the time of delivery they didn't mention that that we have to make a open box delivery video and now they are denying to replace our mixer grinder. also, the delivery agent did not deliver the parcel at our doorstep, when we have race complaint regarding that they said that it is not their issue. kindly pay attention regarding my complaint.
