I had ordered a dress on 30 august.not received the product yet.i had mailed them many times they first mailed back and said u will receive it after 30 working days I waited and not received again I mailed they mailed back after one week it will be dispatched they are not attending any calls I had posted on their facebook account they had not replied just fooling customers had a very bad experience its nearly one and half month now not received the product I msg the owner too in Messenger the msg is delivered she didn't reply i hve attached my payment receipt too but no response from their side i do hereby request for a refund
