Complaint Details
I took a sum amount of loan and repaid it back fully on the date of repayment. It's also showing repayment successfull on their app, but they are calling again and again even after full repayment saying that they have not received the money and telling to pay again to some QR code. I have paid the full amount back i.e 9543 rs. It's also showing in their app, but they are just trying to extort more money.
