Water purifier AMC scam

On 11-05-2026 I have called to water purifier service number which got from Google [protected]. They have sent a technician and water filters has been replaced. After replacing the water filter they have suggested me to take AMC for water purifier so all the charges including spare parts will be included in that. So I have taken 2 years AMC plan by paying ₹8,500/. Yesterday water purifier got complaint and I called to the same number [protected], but there response was they do only paid service and they do not take care of AMC services. After this I tried to call the number mentioned in the invoice copy but that was an invalid number. Later I called to the technician who came to my home last time and advised me to take the AMC; his response was he left the company 3 months back and he doesn't have any contact with the company now. What should I do now to get the AMC service or to get the money back which paid for AMC.
