Returned bad product from littlebox and didn't get refund

I've ordered a dress from littlebox on 06/10/26 , Order ID : #3170321 and received the dress on 12/10/26 . It was cash in delivery and the product turned out to be completely different from what they advertised ( the material's quality was too bad ) . I request for refund that day itself and no response came from their side. After 11 days, they came and collected the dress and now they're saying they got the dress and refund option is not available, they'll turn that into a voucher. I have explained to them in very detail that I don't need the voucher I need the money that I paid but they're not showing proper response. They've not said anywhere that refund was option would be turned into a voucher. I'm having issues with the credibility of this website. I humbly request you to take proper action to my request.
