Complaint Details
I purchased a product from LG which turned out to be defective. When I approached them for an exchange, both the dealer and the company refused to exchange the defective product. I contacted both the dealer and LG company directly seeking a resolution, but neither was willing to assist with the exchange, leaving my complaint unresolved. I request that LG and the dealer either exchange the defective product with a new working unit or provide an appropriate resolution at the earliest.
