Lenova tab plus tablet issue

I ordered a Lenovo tablet on March 12, 2026, and it was delivered to me on March 14, 2026, as a brand-new unit at full price. Since receiving the tablet, it frequently emits an unexplained chime or sound even when there are no active notifications, and the microphone does not work properly most of the time. When I checked the official Lenovo website to verify the warranty coverage, I found that the warranty has been active since August 25, 2025, which is much before my purchase date. This shows that I was sent a pre-activated or refurbished device instead of a genuine new unit, even though I paid full price for a new product. I have the invoice and screenshots of the warranty details as proof. Selling a pre-used or refurbished device as brand new is misleading and unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution in the form of a brand-new, sealed replacement unit or a full refund, and request that this matter be addressed urgently.
