Sold me second hand phone

I wanted to buy i phone so i went to near by shop that was khatri electronics he told me he will give i phone 17 pro max original phone with all bills and warranty, i went next day to purchase he said wait 2 hrs phone is coming so i asked from where they bring and he said choudhary mobiles shop which is in bangalore only after receiving phone i check its box and also checked coverage on the box it was showing coverage expired so i told them and they said its server issue and told me to open box in mobile phone it will not come so i maid payment of 130000 and opened box when i opened date was 12 october but in phone it was showing like first use in september 2026 and i checked its warranty and it was showing expired they said they will fix this issue in 2 days and called the choudhary mobiles shop he said to me it will take 3 4 days to make its original bill and to get it update i waited 4 days after 4 days when i called them they are saying contact apple care, i went to apple care they said bring original bill then apple support will update so i told them to give me proper GST bill not store bill choudhary mobiles owner told to we will get it from dubai from where it is purchased and they made me to wait 4 days again during times they were not picking my calls even ignoring all the massages when they send me bill i went to apple care and on that they apple support said its not original bill because data in bill and data in mobile phone is not matching i again contacted to choudhary mobiles and khatri mobiles both but they are saying it will be done in 2 days like this they are making me fool today is 29/10:26 and they are not picking up my calls
