Legal Notice regarding failure to provide promised holiday membership services, non-refund of paid amount, and failure to respond to repeated communications

I, Akshay Vilas Pachrawat, hereby issue this legal notice regarding the holiday membership/service purchased from Karlton Holidays. I made the required payment for the holiday membership after being assured by your representatives that the promised holiday/hotel booking services would be provided as per the membership terms and conditions. After making the payment, I contacted your company to utilize the service and specifically requested hotel booking/confirmation. Despite repeatedly contacting your representatives through telephone calls, WhatsApp/messages and emails, I have not received the promised service/booking confirmation. I have made repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with your company. However: The promised hotel/holiday service has not been provided to me. Despite repeated requests, my booking has not been properly confirmed. I requested a refund when the service was not provided, but the amount has not been refunded. My repeated telephone calls have not been properly responded to. My emails and messages have also not received a satisfactory response. Despite giving your company sufficient opportunity to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved. The amount paid by me is my hard-earned personal savings, and withholding the amount without providing the promised service has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and considerable mental distress. I therefore call upon Karlton Holidays to either provide the services promised under the membership immediately, with proper written confirmation, OR process and pay my full eligible refund without further delay.
