Excess Gold Making Applied

I purchased 22 Karat gold bangles weighing 10 grams from Kalyan Jewellers on 26.10.2026. At the time of billing, the store charged making charges at 13%, which I believe is excessive and not justified. When I asked for an explanation, the store did not justify why the making charges were set at 13%, when the genuine making charges for such items should be around 6%. This means I was overcharged on the making charges component of my purchase. I request a refund of the excess making charges collected from me, that is the difference between the 13% charged and the genuine rate of 6%, along with a proper explanation or justification from Kalyan Jewellers for the higher rate applied.
