Complaint Details
My JioMart order was cancelled on 16 October 2026, but my refund has still not been initiated. I raised a complaint on 7 October, but despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and the customer support team has failed to provide a satisfactory response. The promised refund timeline is also a concern. I request immediate processing of my refund and a proper resolution of this matter.
