I purchased Medimix soap from JioMart. The product packaging shows the MRP as Rs. 280, but JioMart charged me Rs. 292 for it, which is more than the printed MRP. Selling the product above its MRP is incorrect and amounts to overcharging the customer. I am raising this complaint against JioMart for charging more than the MRP printed on the product. I request that JioMart refund the excess amount charged above the MRP and take corrective action to ensure the product is sold at the correct MRP in future.
