Complaint Details
While new installation and of jio fibre wifi service, technician made a wrong transaction. He accepted his mistake and same discussed with his manager. His manager assured that the amount will be refunded within a week and advised me to do the another transaction to avail the service. I did the second transaction and started wifi service. Now it's been around 6 months, still I didn't get any refund. Visited 10 times to jajpur road joi office but no one is responding. Even all the managers of jio office stopped receiving my call.
