707/ refund not received yet

In July 2026 , I wanted to relocate my Air Fiber connection, the company demanded 707/ recharge to proceed request, then because my home was outside Delhi , so they also asked 1200/ which was returned in the form of recharge , but 707/ payment , which they told will . return as vouchers in next 3 months . But until now this amount is not visible in my vouchers section neither it is refunded
