Complaint Details
I had ordered a kurta from an Instagram seller with the account id "thejashnkurta" and made the payment for it online. After payment, I did not receive any proper order id or confirmation, and no order details are showing. I now believe this seller is fake and that I have been cheated, as I have not received the kurta or any valid order information despite paying for it. I have not been able to resolve this directly with the seller. I request that my money be refunded to my account at the earliest, and that action be taken against this fraudulent seller.
I faced same experience of fraud just block them government should have do with this hey are not responding
