LPG GAS Subsidies Blocked

To The Hon'ble Chairman, IOCL. Respected Sir, My grievances has not yet been resolved due to the poor understanding of your feedback officers. I am reiterating the same thing again and again but I failed to make them understand. I have written so many letters to your Feedback Officers & helpline officers but that did not yield any result so far. Please see the attached file. Your staffs members are saying the wrong narrative by misinterpreting the CBDT Rules which is not applicable and acceptable to me. Rather which is simply ridiculous and absurd. My current Income Tax Financial Statment (attached) is for 2025 -2026 issued by IT Department submitted to you which shows my yearly income is much below Rs 10 Lacs and my current subsidy amount is blocked w.e.f May/ 2026. But they are telling me that on the basis of my three years back FY Statement, that is 2024-2025, I am not eligible to get my subsidies for the current year w.e.f May/ 2026. What a cruel joke they are cracking to me! I want your immediate intervention into the matter before I seek the intervention of Hon'ble High Court. Your staffs cannot illegally block my current subsidy amounts for 3 years back Financial Statment which is irrelevant to my case. My subsidy has been accumulated from my own pocket not from the pocket of the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Please do not harras the senior citizen like me further.
