Unfair Deduction of 100% Order Amount as Cancellation Fee by Swiggy Instamart

I placed an order through Swiggy Instamart containing only an umbrella and a vegetable. Within 2–3 minutes of placing the order, I cancelled it because I wanted to add some additional items. However, Swiggy Instamart deducted the entire order amount as a cancellation fee, resulting in zero refund. I contacted customer support, but they refused to refund the amount, simply stating that it is their cancellation policy. My order did not contain any prepared or cooked food items. Considering the nature of the products and the very short cancellation time, I believe charging 100% of the order value is unreasonable. I am not refusing to pay legitimate cancellation, payment gateway, or processing charges, if applicable. I am requesting that reasonable charges be deducted and the remaining amount refunded to my original payment method. I request the National Consumer Helpline to investigate this matter and help me obtain a fair resolution from Swiggy Instamart.
