I took loan from InstaKredit app. App showed loan amount 6000 but only 3200 was disbursed to my account after deducting 2400 as processing fees (600+300+300+1200). Now company is demanding repayment of 6000 within 7 days and asking 2400 extra for extension. They are threatening to call my family and contacts and morph photos. Repayment account given: [protected], IFSC SBIN0000366. This is illegal predatory lending and harassment. I want refund of extra charges and action against the company.
