Instagram Fraud

I wish to report a cybercrime involving the creation of a fake Instagram account using my name, identity and photographs without my permission. The person operating this fake account is impersonating me and contacting my friends while falsely claiming to be me. The individual has been asking my friends for financial assistance by sending messages from the fake account. One of my friends was deceived by this impersonation and transferred ₹1,500 to the person using the fake account. This transaction was made believing that the person was me. I have not created, operated or authorized this Instagram account, nor did I request any money from my friends. I request the concerned authorities to investigate the fake Instagram account, identify the person responsible, trace the financial transaction and take appropriate legal action. I also request that necessary steps be taken to prevent further misuse of my identity and further financial fraud against my friends and contacts. I am ready to provide screenshots, the fake Instagram profile URL, chat records, transaction details, UPI/payment information and any other evidence required for the investigation.
