22000 scammed

I saw a post on Facebook marketplace for a scooty being sold at a cheaper price than market rate . I took the number and called that person.he identified himself as Indian army officer selling his 2 wheeler as he was being transferred from meerut cantt to Jammu and Kashmir cantt. That's why he was selling it at a cheaper rate . He asked for 1 token of 1000rs and rest said will take when scooty is home delivered to me . Then in the mean time he called messaged on what's app and asked for more more money .next day he sent me all legal documents and scotty being packed everything.then another guy called me said he is from Indian army delivery team and said 10500 needs to be paid now as a mandatory amry delivery charge . Made me speak to the guy who sold me scooty . Did a 3 way conference call . I paid 10500 more .then later in the day again these people called me and made me transfer more money around 9200 ..so I'm total around 22000 they took from me and I got nothing and I got scammed .
