i took an insurence policy in 2014 . However, i am currently not in a financial position to countinue paying the premiums. so i want to surrender this insurance policy and get the negotiated amount refunded. Despite submitting all the required documents, INDIA FIRST LIFE insurence company is harassing me and is not releasing my refund.
