Clothes aren't cleaned.

CONSUMER COMPLAINT REGARDING DEFECTIVE WASHING MACHINE I purchased an IFB washing machine from Ammini Traders, Vadakkekotta, Tripunithura,Kerala on 16/08/2026,purchased the washing machine with the expectation that it would provide good-quality washing and effectively clean clothes, as advertised and represented by the seller. However, from the time of purchase, I have been facing serious issues with the washing performance of the machine. Even after washing the clothes using the appropriate washing programmes andliquid, the clothes are not getting properly cleaned or whitened. Dirt, stains and other marks remain on the clothes even after completing the wash cycle. The washing quality is highly unsatisfactory and does not meet the reasonable expectations of a consumer from a branded washing machine. I purchased this product by relying on the quality and performance represented by the seller and the manufacturer. I have also brought this issue to the attention of the concerned parties and expected the problem to be properly resolved. However, the issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.
