IFC AC technician confirmed internal PCB is not working need to replace it

I brought IFC AC in 2025 April and it is out of warranty as of now and suddenly AC is not working i have raised a ticket ([protected]) on July 15th and i got call from technician on 23rd and he requested to pay service charge 590 rupees because product is out of warranty so i paid 590 rupees and he said internal PCB is not working we need to order it from company it costs 3500 need to pay 1500 rupees in advance to make the order confirm so i paid 1500 rupees he told to wait for 10-15 days and i request him on make it priority due my marriage is on AUG 16th after that i'm calling then daily they are saying it will come in 2 days its been 2 months still my issue is not resolved could you please help me on this issue
