Refund for defective product (dish washer) or immediate action of service

I purchased a dish washer for ₹50,000 from IFB about 2 years ago ,just after 3 months after the purchase it stopped working . So, we asked help from the company upon the issue but we didn't receive any reply . It had been 2 years since we are contacting them but they hadn't solved our issues yet. When we call them , they won't even respond, it had been about 5 times that I had called the IFB company . Thus , we need some immediate action regarding the issue we are facing , ot can either be that they fully replace the dish washer , repair it immediately or refund it with the price of the dishwasher + the cost for our inconvenience for these 2 years .
