Complaint Against House of Niav – Delayed Refunds, Wrong Products Delivered and Unprofessional Customer Service I want to raise a serious complaint against House of Neve for their extremely poor service and unfair treatment of customers. It has been over two months, and I am still struggling to get my money back despite repeatedly following up. Order 1: I initially received store credit of ₹4,755 for an order worth ₹4,999. When I used that credit to purchase another suit, I had to pay an additional ₹744 through Google Pay. Unfortunately, the product received had sizing/other issues, so I returned it. Now, instead of refunding the full amount or restoring my original store credit, they are only offering ₹744 as store credit, keeping my original ₹4,755 unresolved. Order 2: I ordered a long suit worth ₹4,000 but received a completely different, much shorter product that did not match the website pictures. Their website shows the item as returned, but the product is still with me because it has not even been picked up despite repeated complaints. Almost ₹10,000 of my hard-earned money is stuck with this company. Every time I contact customer support, I have to explain the entire issue again, and all I receive are excuses about them catching up on pending requests. With the festive season approaching, this delay and lack of accountability are extremely frustrating. I demand an immediate resolution, including the refund/restoration of my full pending amount, proper pickup of the incorrect product, and a clear written confirmation of the refund. I strongly urge other customers to be cautious while shopping from House of Niav. A company cannot keep customers’ money for months while delivering products that are completely different from what is advertised and failing to resolve complaints. I expect House of Niav to take responsibility and resolve both these issues immediately.
