Housing Loan Fraud - ROI 10.5% was offered post accepting and signing of documents the ROI was allegedly raised to 11.5%

I applied for housing finance at hinduja finance they offered me a loan of 34 lac for property purchase value of 40 lacs post submitting documents as required and verification at home and office sanction was received of 34 lacs at rate of interest 10.5% after accepting the offer and taking the same over email and hard copy they denied to proceed with the loan formalities stating you work in Real estate and your roi will 12 % otherwise we wont proceed i requested that i agreed on 10.5% roi please dont raise this after all the process and my seller is also presurring for ATS and Registry still they kept on this and said take 11.5% or this will not proceed. This has created a lot of stress and the deal is also not proceeding dueto this roi differ. This is fraud and harrasment to a customer as post completing all their formalities this has happened.
