As per telephonic discussion with him Mr.Prabhukumar Kavali, Senior Sales Executive,HDFC Bank Ltd.Churchgate, Mumbai.regarding Balance Transfer of Home Loan.Reduce lowest Interest rates reduction of rates.We have provided the document of Aadhaar Card,Pan Card, Salary slip 3 month,Bank Statement 6 month, Form 16,both Applicant, Co-applicant etc.After that's ekyc done.On the Half of One of Sales Executive HDFC Bank Ltd.Branch Palava Mr.Apurva Raju Patil all documents sending on WhatsApp to Mr.Apurva Patil. to upload on the system of HDFC Bank Ltd.then started the process of Home Loan Balance Transfer of loan.In the same time applicant say that My Company has Proprietorship My Gross Salary will 25 thousand per month in that PF Will not be deducted only Professional Taxes Rs.200 deducted in Hand will get Rs.24800 BOB and My Co-applicant Salary Will be Rs.15500 in hand getting. Then HDFC Bank Ltd.Branch -Palava,Dombivli will start form to fill the loan application process then after 5 to 6 days called me you have to pay the fees of Rs.4720 dt.30/07/2026 then sending me link of HDFC Bank Ltd.balance rs after words have to pay.He will not be say that sales executive this amount will not get refund amount. I have been following daily the status of my Loan Application Mr.Prabhukumar Kavali & Apurva Raju Patil not properly response about loan. Third party person has been visited my home enquiry about my family I say that both are working.After 45 days third party person visited to my factory wheather person genuine working are not.The third party role has been saying that how many people are working.I am Saying that 25 workers present working with us. The photo has been taken by third party person. One day I have been calling to Mr. Mayur Radhakrishna Shinde Sales Manager on dt.27/09/2026 please send me the Address of office Palava Branch, Dombivli He also not given proper response,I will call you back later.On the same day riding my friend and me searching the HDFC Bank Ltd.Palava, Branch, Dombivli East Visited Office call to Mr. Apurva Raju Patil he will not available at office.He say that iam at home.I meet the reception counter the security guard Note down the application No.705237974 Branch Manager Lady Madam has been little bit busy. I have been waiting for One and Half hour then guards will say go ahead office. I will discuss with Palava Branch Manager he said me all documents has been shared to Apurva Raju Patil then your credit dept.Mr.Ananta Sharma regret the loan application file.I am saying that the fees had paid by me Rs.4720 refund this amount.The Branch Palava Manager Madam will say that this amount will not get. After that I will come back to outside office then calling to sales executive he says me Complaint Customer care No.he also say that once the technical team visited will not get refund amount.
