Issue with broadband and ott and internet

I had taken a subscription for OTT and internet services from Hathway. However, none of the services are working as promised. I have tried to contact the customer service team and the salesperson multiple times to get this issue resolved, but they are not responding. Even my phone calls to them are not being picked up. I request that the services be made functional immediately, or a full refund be issued for the subscription I have paid for, since the services are not working and there has been no response from the company.
