Complaint Details
I ordered a product from the website and was asked to make an online payment. I completed the payment successfully, but after the payment was made, my order was not placed or confirmed. The amount has been deducted from my account, but I have not received the product or a refund. I believe this may be an online scam/fraud. Please look into this matter and help me recover my money.
