Online payment froud

I saw an advertisement on Snapchat offering an investment scheme where paying Rs. 499 would give a profit of Rs. 3650. Believing this advertisement, I made the initial payment and was then asked to make further online payments of Rs. 657, Rs. 936 and Rs. 100, totaling Rs. 2192 in all, to the party named "Happy" shown in the advertisement. After making these payments, I did not receive the promised profit of Rs. 3650 or any investment return. No product or genuine service was provided in return for the money paid, and this appears to be an online payment fraud. I request that my total amount of Rs. 2192 be refunded, and that appropriate action be taken against the person/party responsible for this fraudulent advertisement and transaction.
