I placed my order on 6th September, but I have neither received the product nor my refund. Despite repeated emails and complaints, my issue remains unresolved. Your team keeps asking for bank details instead of processing my refund. It has been almost two months. Please process my refund immediately, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.
