Complaint Details
I had signed up with Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited through an offer that was shown to me as a payment of Rs 1. However, using autopay, an amount of Rs 699 was deducted from my account without my clear consent for this amount. I did not authorise a charge of Rs 699 and was misled into believing only Rs 1 would be charged. When I approached the company regarding this unauthorised deduction, I was denied a refund. I request a full refund of the Rs 699 that was wrongly deducted from my account, and that autopay on my account be stopped to prevent further unauthorised deductions.
