I wish to formally report an issue concerning the order for which I have already attempted to contact the concerned seller/support team. Despite making efforts to resolve the matter directly, I found that the contact number ([protected])provided by them is not operational, and the email address ([protected]@goshopper.in) shared on their platform does not appear to be valid or functional. This has raised serious concerns regarding the authenticity and legitimacy of the seller and the transaction. I am therefore requesting that the matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken as per applicable law. I will provide the complete product details, order information, transaction/payment details, communication records, screenshots, and any other supporting documents required for verification and investigation.
