Complaint Details
I have booked a flight from Delhi SG 906( booking id GOFLDSTAL85B8845230 and PNR- U7INRB ) to Kolkata which departed 4 hour late. I booked meal for my parents as my father is senior citizen and diabetic, but meal was not served at flight and my father missed his medicine and had some medical issues. I asked for refund from application Goibibo from where it's been booked but they failed to provide refund and delaying the process.
