Complaint Details
I purchased GoBoult Fluid X ANC Pro headphones. The product became defective under warranty. I lodged a replacement ticket (Ticket No: [protected], AWB: [protected]) and grievance (Docket No: 9679538). Despite waiting for over a month and repeatedly contacting customer support, the company neither delivered the replacement nor refunded my money (Rs 2000)
