Without our permission or consent the loan was provided from the app and now harrasing to pay the loan with higher intrest

The loan amount was provided/credited without our consent or proper authorization. The money was directly credited to the wallet within the Fluent App, and we were not aware that the loan amount had been disbursed in this manner. We did not knowingly request or consent to these multiple loan amounts being credited to the app wallet. There were multiple loans/loan amounts credited through the same application, and we were subsequently forced and pressured to make repayments. The persons contacting us demanded repayment with more than 40% interest/charges, which was far beyond the amount that was originally credited. We were not provided with a reasonable or clearly specified repayment period and were continuously pressured to make payments.When we were unable to make the demanded payments, the persons associated with the application began continuously harassing and threatening us. We have received repeated messages and communications that caused severe mental distress. They have also used vulgar, abusive, insulting, and threatening language while demanding money. They have repeatedly sent various reports/messages and continued to pressure and mentally torture us regarding repayment. The harassment has been continuous rather than being limited to a normal repayment reminder. In addition to the financial harassment, we are extremely concerned about the unauthorized use and misuse of our personal photographs. Our photographs have been obtained and/or used without our permission. We fear that these photographs may be edited, manipulated, circulated, or shared with other people in order to threaten, intimidate, shame, or harass us. We have not given permission for our photographs or personal information to be used in this manner. The continued threats, abusive communications, excessive repayment demands, and unauthorized use of our photographs have caused us significant fear, anxiety, and mental distress.
