Complaint Details
I received a link on WhatsApp. After I clicked on that link, money was suddenly debited from my account without my consent. I have not received any goods or services for this transaction, and this appears to be a case of online fraud through a WhatsApp link. I request that the deducted amount be investigated and refunded to me, and that appropriate action be taken against the persons responsible for sending this fraudulent link.
