Fake inquiry my number our name

I have not made any purchase or inquiry for property or health insurance, but I have found that someone is using my name and mobile number to make fake inquiries for property and health insurance services. My personal details, including my name and phone number, are being used without my permission and are appearing in multiple places connected to these inquiries. This is causing me trouble as my name and number are being misused for purposes I have not authorised. I have not given consent to any company or individual to use my details for such inquiries, and I am concerned about the misuse of my personal information in this manner. I request that this fraudulent use of my name and number be stopped immediately, my details be removed from all such inquiry records, and appropriate action be taken against the party responsible for this misuse.
