Complaint Details
I received an app link from a friend on WhatsApp and installed the app. After giving the app the access it asked for, an amount of Rs 1101 was taken from me without my proper consent. I did not knowingly authorize this payment and believe this happened due to the access permissions the app obtained on my phone. I have not been able to recover this amount or get any explanation for the transaction so far. I request that the Rs 1101 taken from me be refunded, and that this matter be investigated as a case of fraud, since the money was taken through unauthorized access to my device.
