Complaint Details
I had a transaction with Fourd in which an amount of Rs 299 was taken from me. The amount was deducted, but I did not receive the service or product I expected in return, and this appears to be a fraudulent charge. I have not been given any refund for this amount despite the issue, and my request for a refund has been denied. I request that the platform help me get a full refund of Rs 299 that was wrongly taken from me by Fourd.
