Failure to Arrange Approved Return Pickup Despite ₹120 Payment – FootballMonk.in

I wish to file a consumer grievance against FootballMonk.in regarding Order #392969, valued at over ₹1,000. I received a jersey that did not fit me, so I contacted the company on 2 October 2026 to request a return. The company asked me to provide photographs of the product and its tag, which I submitted by email on 6 October 2026. I also provided my order details as requested. After repeated follow-ups and delays, the company confirmed on 15 October 2026 that my return had been approved. However, the company asked me to pay an additional ₹120 for doorstep return pickup. I made the payment on 19 October 2026 and informed the company by email, requesting them to arrange the pickup. Despite making the requested payment and sending several follow-up emails, I have not received confirmation of the pickup arrangement. On 28 October 2026, I again contacted the company and requested an update and clarification regarding my refund and the ₹120 pickup charge. I have made several genuine attempts to resolve this issue directly with the company, but the matter remains unresolved. I request assistance in resolving this grievance and seek the following relief: 1. Arrangement of the approved return pickup without further delay. 2. A refund of the jersey purchase amount, subject to the applicable return terms. 3. A refund of the ₹120 pickup charge if the promised pickup service cannot be provided. 4. Appropriate action to address the delay and lack of communication.
