Complaint Details
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flyriise Aviation and Hospitality regarding misleading recruitment practices, the collection of money in the name of security deposits and processing charges, and the demand for additional fees after assuring me that my airport job selection was confirmed. I was contacted by Flyriise Aviation and Hospitality Services PVT.LTD and invited to attend an interview for the post of Cargo Supervisor. During the interview process, I was informed that I had been selected for the position and that my job was confirmed. Based on these assurances, I was asked to pay ₹30,000 as a security deposit. Subsequently, I was called for another interview, during which I was offered the position of Customer Service Executive. I was informed that I had cleared the second round and was selected for this position. I was then asked to pay an additional ₹35,000 as a security deposit. I was also charged an amount described as a processing fee. During the recruitment process, I was assured that I would receive a monthly salary package of ₹28,000, along with PF, ESI, other employment benefits, and six free flight tickets per year. These assurances led me to believe that the recruitment process was genuine and that my employment was confirmed. However, after completing the selection procedures and making the payments, I was informed that I would have to undergo training at another institution and pay an additional amount of approximately ₹50,000, reportedly for DGCA-related training and examinations. This requirement and the additional financial burden had not been clearly disclosed to me beforehand. I was particularly concerned because Flyriise Aviation and Hospitality Services PVT.LTD had represented that it was working in coordination with another training institution and that the necessary procedures would be handled through their arrangement. I was not informed in advance that I would need to pay such a substantial additional amount after being told that I had been selected for the job. I am not willing to pay these undisclosed additional charges. I believe that I was misled by the recruitment assurances and that the material financial requirements were not transparently communicated to me before I made the payments. I have paid a total of ₹55,500 to Flyriise Aviation and Hospitality Services PVT. LTD, as per my payment records, and ₹10,000 cash for processing fee and I now wish to withdraw from the recruitment process and obtain a full refund of my money. Furthermore, I personally visited the institution along with my guardian to request a refund of the money I had paid. However, the representatives of the institution informed me that my payment was already being processed and, therefore, the amount would not be refundable.
