Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my order OD[protected] for the HMD Vibe2 5G (Cosmic Lavender). For the last 10 days, I have been continuously following up with your customer support team regarding my pending replacement. Every time I contact customer care, I am assured that my product will be delivered the next day. Even today, your customer service representative assured me that the product would be delivered. However, when I checked my order status, I was shocked to discover that my replacement request had been cancelled without my permission. I have not received my replacement product, and my issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Your customer support team has failed to provide a proper resolution, and I have wasted considerable time contacting your representatives. When I asked for help, I was told that the team could not assist me. I request that Flipkart: 1. Investigate why my replacement request was cancelled without my consent. 2. Arrange my replacement product immediately, or provide an appropriate refund if replacement is not possible. 3. Review my previous complaints and customer care call records. 4. Provide a written explanation and a final resolution at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate my complaint to the National Consumer Helpline and the appropriate consumer dispute redressal commission, as applicable.
