i ordered an earphone via flipkart but the sound quality is bad and not much as expected so i asked for a refund so i can buy a new good one… but they are telling there is only replacement of this bad sound quality product and no refund .. i am practically trapped … this prodwas of 1447/- rupees … i need a new good earphone though…
