Complaint Details
I didn't receive the refund amount in my account. When I asked Flipkart about this issue,they told me that refund is already send to account and give me a reference number to track. My bank is Federal Bank and they are saying with this reference number they cannot track the refund amount. I am requesting an investigation and solutions for my issue.
