I ordered a product on 16th sept and I received sept 21st, after that i chose to return that product and delivery person called me on sept 30th and i gave the product to that person and after few minutes i got the message the product cannot be refund and product has been deliverd to you but the main thing is i have not received the product nor my refund . Im raising this issue from that day to this but no update and im calling customer care they are telling within 24hrs issue will be resolved and today i got call from backend that they cannot do anything
